Mohammed brings home the animals at dusk, after a long day out looking for pasture, water and shade. The Afar people of Ethiopia are nomadic pastorlists who survive by herding camels, cows and goats. They live a harsh existence faced by violent tribal rivalry, constant drought, and extreme weather conditions. This photo captures the beauty of dusk in the village as the golden light filters through the dust with the homecoming of the animals.
