Oshi village is along the Tadami river in Fukushima,Japan.This river runs calm,and it occurs special　phenomenon.Example,fog river is a rare phenomenon that occurs humid day or the day where the difference in temperature. This photo is spring, I feel a change in time to be seen usually, the river fog is coming so fast.
