In the Kyrgyze mountains, on the South bank of Issik Kul lake. In September, the snow starts to fall on the summits. The yurt, smoking in the background, is one on the few left in the "jailoos" (summer pastures) at that time. Shepherds are starting to go down to winter villages. After a snow storm, the sun was just starting to rise...
