Wild Horses

I was headed to the Sierra Nevadas when I spotted this group of wild horses not far off the highway. I wrote my Master's report on horses in the modern world, and was fortunate enough to see them as timeless, liberated creatures in their own environment. I was lucky to have my 100-400mm lens, and we shared a tenuous 15 minutes before they realized it was best to gallop away.

Location: Central Nevada
