On the 5th and 6th of June this year a transit of Venus took place. I was pretty intrigued by the whole thing and decided to try and capture it with my camera. It was pretty cloudy where I was but got a bit of a break around lunch time, enough to get a shot like this anyway. It was quite difficult to shoot, my lens had a focal length equivalent to 360mm and I used a 10 stop ND filter. Pretty crazy to see Venus in front of the sun. Made me feel small.
