Butterfly Face

After a hectic week, I had a wonderful weekend camping in the mountains with my daughters. As if to bring about the beginning of the unwinding process, this magnificent butterfly came out of nowhere and landed on my daughter Rachel's hand. We assumed it wouldn't stay long. I was pleasantly surprised. It wouldn't leave. It felt safe and it crawled magically all over Rachel's face and hands. This specific shot couldn't have been better staged if I tried. The butterfly's antennae are perfectly symmetrical 3 inches in front of Rachel's nose. It was simply peaceful and serene.
