Clash of the Jackals

On the desert coast of Namibia, black-backed jackals both hunt and scavenge upon Cape fur seal pups. One of these jackals managed to sneak away from the chaos of a kill with a slab of ribs. However, it did not go unnoticed. Another raced to meet him just before he made it to the safety of the dunes, and the fight for the hearty meal commenced.
