A manual worker carrying two baskets full of eggs, balanced by a carrying pole bent under stress, up Mount Tai (Tai Shan) while domestic tourists looked on. These workers can make up to five back-breaking trips a day up the 1500 meter tall mountain in Tai'an city, Shandong, China, carrying mostly food stuff for restaurants and push carts selling food at the peak of the mountain.
