This young maasai girl was sitting in her hut with her small baby on her lap trying to stay out of the sun. I was sat talking to her when I noticed how wonderfully the light was coming in through the door into her almost pitch black hut. I asked her permission to photograph her and she gladly accepted. In fact, this is one of the photos I had printed and returned back to her for her to keep.
