Boys of Sakteng

Bhutanese children are shy but extremely polite and will usually quietly stand to have their picture taken. Only one of these boys in the village of Sakteng was willing to accommodate my picture taking. Sakteng is the closest village to the eastern border of Bhutan. The people in this region dress uniquely to other traditionally attired Bhutanese and live in some of the first stone structures erected in the country.
