An indigenous Embera lady in the Colombian Chocó rainforest covers her face with her blackened hands. She has recently painted her whole body with the juice squeezed from the 'jagua' fruit, which 24 hours later turns her skin black, helping relieve mosquito bites and skin irritations.

Location: Bahia Solano, Chocó, Colombia
