Varanasi,India is the assembly point of ascetics of different cults,including Aghoris,who practice necrophagy,corprophagy & urophagia.This "sadhu" was roaming around close to the burning ghats of Varanasi.He was heavily intoxicated and was stinking.Do not know whether he was an Aghori or not,but pretty interesting to be framed.
