Bee-utiful

The Bee is a unique symbol of Honey, Summer, Sun Light and also Stinging harm! I took this photo in a local garden park on a gusty Fall afternoon. With a love for Nature and Insects big and small, I figured this would be a unique capture to add to my collection and zest for this type of Photography. Amidst a small swarm, this bee I found lounging about and hovering over one particular pollen cluster tucked away behind a sea of more fresh in season flowers. I love how the bee is clinging to its source of life and nourishment!

Location: Patchogue, Suffolk County, New York.
