Double Rainbow Over Stonehenge

In late July I visited Stonehenge for the first time. It was a rainy evening and I was finding it hard to enjoy myself; until the sun peaked through the clouds and created one of the most magical sites I have ever had the good fortune to witness. Our tour guide, who has been taking people to the Henge for over 50 years, said he had never once before seen a rainbow, let alone a double rainbow, over the rock formations before. I'm am glad that I was one of the 20 odd people who got to witness this beautiful act of nature in such a historic and beautiful place.
