Dad Drops in with Breakfast

This soon-to-fledge bald eagle chick greets breakfast with open beak. The adult female watches from her lofty perch as her mate dutifully returns with a fresh mullet. This young family took up residence just outside Fort Desoto Park in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.
