This picture was taken during my army service as the israel defense force magazine photographer. It was an article about the collective settlements surrounding gaza strip and the lives of the people who suffer rockets day and day out. This picture is the perfect contrast between how kids see this world and how the grown ups do. The contrast of kids that run in green fields and live happly ever after and the kids that the only fun place they have where they live is a fence separating between them to another nation.
