Crashing Glacier

Mother Nature or Global Warming? This was my first sight of a glacier and I was really surprised at the amount of 'melting'. This particular glacier receded 800m during the summer months - a lot more than usual. The size of the chunks of ice breaking were astounding and the 'after wave' was incredible. I found the glaciers fascinating, extremely breathtaking and loved the colours and textures. An experience I won't forget and it certainly won't be my last.
