I had a couple of seconds to seize the opportunity for this photograph. During a visit to Kenya in August (four of us traveling), we were staying outside a small community by the name of Ewuaso. It's not an unusual scene to see young boys looking after some cows, but their surroundings created a very distant back drop to the upbringing I have experienced. Once again, it seemed like time just stood still.
