I went out to make photos of city outskirts at sunset. Within half an hour a monstrous storm started far over the border of Argentina. The sun coloured the landscape in the unusual color, and long exposure allowed me to catch dramatic shades of stormy sky on the horizon in the last minutes before sunset. In the next half hour wave of rain water sunk the local river and went to the outskirts of the city and closed several streets. Water were roaring there all night. Not a drop of rain fell down during this accident at all. Locals told me such events has not happened here for many years.
