This photo was taken using my Nikon D40 whilst on Honeymoon in Zermatt, Switzerland. My wife and I spent two weeks walking in the Alps around Zermatt, set against the incredible backdrop of the Matternhorn. We discovered this lake some distance off the usual tourist walking paths, and we didn't regret the scramble to get down to the lakeside to take in this gorgeous view, captured in this photo but no where near equal to the magnificence of actually being there in person.
