I came across an old man molding figurines to make ends meet during one hot and humid summer day outside of a pagoda in Ha Noi, Vietnam. What was most unique about this man was that he's blind. Aside from seeing the many wrinkles embedded in his face, the chipped and dry fingers of his hands, I learned a very important lesson from him that day: perseverance. Like all things in life, nothing is impossible and you can't ever give up. This picture captures a great life lesson we should live by when the roads get rough; which is that with resilience, sooner or later, the grass will get greener.
