The ghost town of Bodie, California sits at 8400 feet near the Sierra-Nevada Mountain range. Around 1880, Bodie was a thriving gold mining town of 10,000. The stories of Bodie are legendary in the old west. When the gold played out, the miners left. Today, what's left of the town is frozen in time - a visual paradise.
