Against a backdrop of urban tagging, a parkour artist scales a temporary wall dividing the Circus Maximus field and the ruins of Imperial Rome. The transient fiberboard on which these artists display their talents is juxtaposed against the ancient sands of Roman entertainment. The free spirited pursuit of graffiti and parkour has risen up as the 21st century expression of the vigor and life of Rome’s youth. Where men once raced for glory, now teens vie for the artistic recognition.
