This picture was taken in Jigokudani Yaen-koen in autumn. There you can see them up close while they feed. They are called "Snow Monkeys" and are famous for enjoying the park's natural hot springs. The monkey seen from between grass was surrounded by autumnal leaves. It was a calm time just before the severe winter comes.
