Nata Flamingos

The Nata Bird Sanctuary (on the north eastern corner of the Sua Pan, Botswana) is an important breeding ground for flamingos. The first water of the rainy season arrived shortly before we visited the area, spreading out in shallow pools across the dry pan, and the first flocks of Greater and Lesser Flamingos were arriving.
