Lions on the Zambezi

This trio of young lions are part of a program in Livingston, Zambia, that takes orphan cubs and creates prides who are released into progressivly larger, and wilder, areas. These are part of a pride of 5 who are the third to go through the program. The previous ones are now living wild and having cubs of their own. I was part of a day program, walking and interacting with the young lions, the fees from which help to support the program.
