This was taken of my friend's little sister as she stood on the top of a dune in the Sahara Desert. The light was falling in such a dramatic way across the sand, and the wind was blowing so hard that she and I were virtually blinded by the sand. called this "The Little Prince," after my favorite book by Antoine-Éxupery, which tells of a pilot who crash lands in the Sahara Desert, only to meet a little prince from another world, who teaches the pilot about some of the most profound and simple truths in life.
