Abby, our rescued shelter cat, on her first excursion out into one of our paddocks after being kept inside our house for a month after arrival from the shelter. She had been looking around, sussing things out and then looked toward me. The pensive look in her eyes made me wonder if she thought it was all too good to be true. It wasn't - she just didn't know that yet.
