At first, I couldn’t figure out why I liked this photo so much, and why it reminded me of a painting. I found “renaissance paintings” on Google, and the thumb-nailed images on my screen gave me my answer. The colour combinations and density ranges are similar. I wonder how a painter like Veronese would paint this view of the Adige river in mid-1500’s Verona. My camera is a Canon Powershot A630.
