"Sunbathing at the High Line" (03/22/12) On the third day of Spring, visitors sunbathe on the floor of the famed linear park, which rests 30 feet above ground level, on three miles of restored train tracks, and stretches from Lower Manhattan’s Meatpacking District to West 30th Street.
