Moonset at Lake Waramaug State Park

The full Moon sets at dawn on Lake Waramaug, a State Park in Connecticut. This was my first attempt to shoot the setting Moon during morning twilight as dawn approached. An amazing site with the still water and reflection of moonlight. It was a bit difficult for me to keep the lens flare to a minimum and with no photoshop for corrections I had to get it as close to perfect as possible. This shot is very close to straight from the camera. I used the iphoto touch up tool to remove a small lens flare near the moon.
