This photo was taken in Lake Ontario, January 21, 2012 at 3:35 pm. I was climbing over the rocks at the lake's edge when I noticed these icicles hanging from a log which had washed ashore. I had to get into the lake to get this angle and the waves washed over my boots resulting in two ice cold soakers and the end of my photographing for the day.
