Leopard Licks

Category: Nature

Photo and caption by Guy Nickerson

This image is was taken after shadowing a leopard for a good part of the day, as he say beneath an Acacia tree with his kill. At the end of the day he climbed a nearby tree to soak up the sun and watch us before drifting off the sleep. After taking this shot, we jokingly said that he was linking his chops and dreaming of eating us.

Location: Botswana, Okavango Delta
