That summer morning

It was one of those summer mornings. Unforgettable. As the sun rose people from all walks of life gathered along the shore of the lake. Slightly intoxicated youth still up from the night before, parents who had been woken up too early by their newborn, and old people that simply wake up at 5am every morning anyway. The couple in the picture grabbed my attention. It was such a romantic scene, however, I could not figure out if it was happy love or sad love going on between them.
