This Photo was taken last year when I was visiting my cousin in Victoria, British Columbia. We took a trip up north on Vancouver Island to the Carmanah Walbran Provincial Park to see the Giant Sitka Spruce Trees. These are some of the largest spruce trees in the world some reaching the height of 95 meters and living for more than 800 years. Walking through this forest of giant I felt calm and at peace. A solitude that I look for. It was here that I found my meditation with mother earth and myself. I wanted to show that beauty and peacefulness with this photo.
Location: Carmanah Walbran provincial Park. Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
