Hong Kong is so crowded with constant traffic congestion, the best way to get stuff delivered some time is with a bike. And the best place to ride your bike is between the tram tracks. There's less traffic on the tracks. This guy is delivering vegetable in downpour while wearing a make shift rain coat.
