A Flock of Seagulls....and Skimmers

The beaches of Galveston, TX are a favorite stop-over for many different species of bird. I, however, was looking for the Black Skimmers which hang around all year. Just as I was about to snap a great shot, a man in a truck decided to scatter the happily resting birds. Fortunate for me...not so much for the birds.
