Varanasi (India) is one of the holiest places for many Hindus, who come here for a cleansing bath in the Ganga. The circular ripples in the water symbolize for me in a way the circle of life as many Hindus believe that life starts and ends here. To me, this one man's morning calm at sunrise is quite different from the typical scenes of the teeming ghats of the riverfront at Varanasi.
