a LIDAR laser measures water vapor at the KIT's (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) Lab's at Zugspitze Mountain, Germany. In the backdrop of the Laser is Innsbruck with the Inn Valley, Brenner Autobahn Highway as well as the 2400 m high Patscherkofel Mountain. The Horizon under the Milky Way is light polluted from Inn Valley and Northern Italy.
