Hiding in plain sight

Springtime in Nebraska brings many migratory birds, mainly cranes. While enjoying this lake in one of our state parks, I discovered this peaceful, stately bird, believed to be a Great Blue Heron, camouflaged among the fallen branches and brush at the edge of this lake. This fellow was literally hiding in plain sight!
