In the catastrophe of January 11, 2011 thousands were affected and killed. Several were homeless or under rubble. Rivers rose and bounds were silted and bridges fell into many cities doing many victims. Little has been done and the budget disappeared. The politic neglect, the corruption and the new heavy rain in April this year, resulted in a new catastrophe, making new victims… How long we will be victims?
