Valley of the Ten Peaks

Looking down the Valley of the Ten Peaks in Banff, Alberta, Canada. The peaks of these mountains mark the boundary between the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, as well as the continental divide – water on the other side of these mountains flows towards the Pacific Ocean, while the water from this viewpoint flows towards the Atlantic. The golden hues of the larch trees in the fall coupled with scattered clouds casting rolling shadows over the landscape created an unforgettable experience.
