I was cruising the shallows under the pier in Big Fisherman's Cove when an eel caught my eye. I shot a couple of photos and all of a sudden the background started moving in my viewfinder. I think by shooting the photos, I distracted the eel and saved the octopus from becoming dinner. After realizing that I was not a threat, she resumed cruising and rewarded me with this shot.
