Topicia stands just outside of his home that sits at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro in the village of Kimana, Kenya. He is happy becuase Operation Blessing built a school in his village and drilled a well in their village that protects his wife and children from facing wild animals at the watering hole 4 miles from their village.
