Subway, metro, tube, whatever you want to call it – underground rail systems have always held a certain fascination for me. Millions of commuters descend into the bowels of the earth to get on a train ride in the dark and trust that it's actually going to take them to their intended destination. This particular location at Piccadilly Station is like a big gaping mouth leading into that mysterious subterranean otherworld.
