This photo was taken in the 20 de Noviembre market located in Oaxaca, Mexico, a couple of blocks off the main Zocalo. The building is devoted to fruits, vegetables, glassware, cookware, plastics, etc. This market was jammed packed with kids, locals, vendors, tourists and this woman carrying basil, and other fresh vegetable purchased from the market.
