They're those corners of the world that you just can't get out of your mind. Places so special, or just plain weird, that they take on their own personalities. National Geographic scoured the United States to include just such places in its ZipUSA series.
This month visit Kelly, Wyoming, where an environmental school teaches students about nature and themselves. Other zips in the works range from Hartsville, South Carolina, where drag racing is a way of life, to Hot Coffee, Mississippi, where finding a good cup of hot brew is no easy feat.
