Nick Nichols

Daniel Rosengren (above), a biologist and research assistant for the Serengeti Lion Project, specializes in tracking animals and radio collar telemetry. He studied biology at Umeå University in Sweden, where he completed a master’s thesis on the dynamics of vole populations. He has done environmental studies and ecological fieldwork in Scandinavia, South America, and Africa. He is passionate about travel, particularly in order to observe nature in all corners of the world.
